Our Origins and Goals

Our Foundation
MásDesign
is a NY-based education and media firm supporting the economic, legal, and public empowerment of America's Hispanic communities since 2021.
MásDesign believes the American Dream is not a relic of the past and remains a relevant aspiration for Americans, particularly newer generations of Americans. Our service is about building affordable access to education and design via resources and tools for people to apply to a variety of socioeconomic challenges that are hindering them from their American Dreams.
Essentially, we aim to reduce socioeconomic disparities via knowledge, media (communication), design, and public/community engagement.

Más in MásDesign = More in the contributions of professionals in the service of the public.
MásDesign achieves more value in its efforts through strong education that is practical, affordable, and accessible and media that communicates and tells stories about socioeconomic obstacles/hardships and the resilience everyone is capable of developing in the pursuit of the American Dream.

The Más Origin
Más is the Spanish word for More.
Our founder identified a need for there to be more done to return both the hope of the American Dream to our American communities and to help new and younger generations of Americans (such as first-generation Hispanic Americans) build the economic and political skills to achieve their American Dreams.
MásDesign is fusing education and media to create a bridge between first-generation Americans and new Americans and the American Dream.

Education
Our education mission is about sharing expert knowledge, resources, courses of action, and skills.
Media
Our media mission consists of developing different tools, outlets, and visual representations by which to spread education, aiming for greater accessibility, affordability, and learning.

Via its services, MásDesign envisions a renewed, larger-scale, and successful pursuit of the American Dream. How? By more directly connecting Americans with economic, legal, and design opportunities in the form of specific skills and resources made to help navigate through and overcome a variety of socioeconomic obstacles.
